PASCO -- Jalen Watson scored 19 points to lead the Hanford boys basketball team to a 57-46 CBBN 3A victory Saturday at Pasco.
Joe Douglas added 13 points and eight rebounds, while Julian Figueroa's 15 points and 13 rebounds led Pasco.
"To be in the playoff hunt the last weekend of the season was pretty cool," Pasco coach Charlie Villanueva said. "It was a very close ballgame."
With the victory and a pair of wins over Eastmont earlier this season, the Falcons locked up the No. 3 seed over West Valley for next weekend's district tournament. Hanford will host the Sunnyside/Southridge winner at 7 p.m. Friday in an elimination game.
