Firefighters with Benton fire districts 2, 3 and 4 fight a blaze Saturday afternoon at 26004 251 Private Road in Benton City. The house, located south of West Yakitat Road, was reported on fire at about 2:15 p.m., but by the time the first fire engine arrived, about three-quarters of the home was engulfed and the roof was already on fire, said Capt.
