Two pizza restaurants were robbed in back-to-back days -- one in Pasco and one in Kennewick -- but authorities say the two aren't connected.
Suspects still are being sought in both cases.
Kennewick police Mike Blatman said a description of the suspects who robbed the Round Table Pizza on Sunday night does not match the suspects in Monday's robbery at Sahara Pizza in Pasco.
In Kennewick's robbery, the suspects entered through a back door, forced employees into a walk-in freezer then left a short time later after failing to get any money. One suspect had a silver gun.
Customers in the restaurant at the time were not aware of what was going on.
At Sahara Pizza in Pasco, two suspects wearing black masks covering their faces, walked into the restaurant and demanded cash from employees. One was armed with a chrome-colored handgun.
The suspects left after getting an undisclosed amount of cash.
Anyone with information on the robberies is asked to call Pasco or Kennewick police. Anonymous tips can also be made through Tri-Cities Crime Stoppers at 586-8477.
