Veda Cleo Downs, 93, of Benton City, died Jan. 29 at Guardian Angel Homes in Richland.
She was born in Ontario, Ore., and lived in the Tri-Cities for 56 years.
She was a retired farmer and rancher.
Hillcrest Memorial Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
