Everything has a price

Did I see that ad correctly, "Free Cell Phone and Free Monthly Minutes?" I counted the word "Free" 12 times.

The reality is, things get paid for. If you're not paying for them, someone else is. And you lose those things when someone else decides, "I'm not paying for them any more." Or worse, goes bankrupt and can't pay for them any more.

If you're living on welfare when the government goes under, you're not living on welfare anymore; you're living in a cardboard box under a bridge.

Our government is spectacularly broke and still wants to hand out electronic trinkets to people who can't afford them. Someone needs to stop these loons before the Visigoths come over the hill.
