Delbert Reed, 88, of Burbank, died Jan. 26 at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland.
He was born in Oroville and lived in Burbank since 1952.
He was a retired journey wireman for IBEW Local #112.
Hillcrest/Bruce Lee Memorial Center, Pasco, is in charge of arrangements.
