SEATTLE -- Joseph "Joe" Houseman Smith Jr., 67, of Kennewick, died Jan. 23 in Seattle.
He was born in Pittsburgh, Pa., and lived in the Tri-City area for 40 years.
He retired from work at Westinghouse Hanford.
Mueller's Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
