A construction worker who fell earlier this month while working on an addition to a Kennewick building died Thursday from his injuries.
Ardell Conder, 52, of Kennewick, died Jan. 19 at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland, said Benton County Coroner John Hansens.
Conder suffered a head injury Jan. 5 after falling while working on an addition to the Visiting Angels building at 15 N. Cascade St.
Conder, who worked for All Pro Contracting, was apparently installing rim joists, missed a step and fell 10 feet.
The state Department of Labor & Industries is investigating the incident, said spokesman Hector Castro.
