Dale Holst Harding, 83, of Kennewick, died Jan. 20 in Richland.
He was born in Brigham City, Utah, and lived in the Tri-Cities for 27 years.
He was a retired mechanic for the Corps of Engineers.
Mueller's Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
