The Richland Public Library will hold two free events this month for students in grades five to 12.
On Jan. 21, episodes from Nickelodeon's hit cartoon Invader Zim will be shown from 2 to 4 p.m. Snacks and beverages will be provided, and kids are encouraged to come in costume because there will be a costume contest.
Jan. 24 is a teen movie night starting at 5:30 p.m. The film Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides will be shown. Those who wear pirate costumes will be entered into a prize drawing. Popcorn and punch will be provided.
