I would like to say how thankful I am for good old-fashioned customer service that is rarely seen anymore. I recently ordered a couch from Beavers Furniture in Kennewick on First Avenue.

The chase ended up being on the wrong side (not their error). The folks there said the factory would not take it back but they would just put it on the floor and order me another.

Thank you so much for a small business with a good heart and wonderful customer service.
