AARP is offering a series of driver safety program classes in the Tri-Cities in January.

They are eight hour courses that will qualify you for a reduction in your auto insurance. Cost is $12 for AARP members and $14 for non members.

The classes are offered:

* Jan. 18-19 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Pasco Senior Center, 1315 N. 7th St., Pasco. To register, call 545-3459.

* Jan. 18-19 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Richland Community Center, 500 Amon Park Drive, Richland. To register, call 942-7529.

* Jan. 19-20 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Kennewick Senior Center, 500 S. Auburn, Kennewick. To register, call 585-4303.
