KENNEWICK -- William "Bill" R. Bender, 60, of Kennewick, died Jan. 12 at Canyon Lakes Restorative and Rehabilitation Center in Kennewick.
He was born in Pasco and was a lifelong Tri-City resident.
He was a retired truck driver and construction worker.
Life Tributes Cremation Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
