Kennewick police and Tri-Cities Crime Stoppers are searching for a sex offender who has failed to register his address with authorities.

Wilson Blake Thomas, 19, is 5-foot-8, 150 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.

He was last known to be living in Kennewick.

Thomas is a Level 2 sex offender and was registered with the Benton County Sheriff's Office as a transient, which means he didn't have a permanent address and was required to check in weekly.

Thomas, who was convicted in 2009 of communication with a minor for immoral purposes, stopped reporting in November.

He is wanted for failure to register as a sex offender.

Tri-Cities Crime Stoppers pays a cash reward of up to $1,000 for information that results in a felony arrest.

Anyone with information about Thomas' whereabouts can call 586-8477 or visit tricitiescrimestoppers.org. Tips can also be sent by text message by writing "Text TIP 411" plus the message to CRIMES (274637).

All calls to Crime Stoppers are confidential.
