A Washington State Parks and Recreation Discover Pass won't be needed at state parks during the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday weekend Jan. 14-16.
The annual cost for the Pass is $30 or $10 for a day pass. The free days are the first of 10 free days scheduled throughout 2012.
