RICHLAND -- Entering the fourth quarter down by seven, the host Hanford Falcons outscored the Southridge Suns 19-6 in the final period for a 49-43 win Saturday, their first CBBN 3A victory.
Savanna Steele led Hanford with a game-high 16 points, and Colette Gall contributed 13. Lexi Rutherford did her part on the boards, grabbing 10 rebounds.
Nicole Edwards finished with 10 points and nine rebounds for Southridge, while Emma Sanders led the Suns in scoring with 11 points.

The Bulldogs outscored the Rams 25-18 in the second half, but Pasco couldn't overcome a 15-point first quarter deficit.
"We played hard, and it's a game we could have mailed in," Pasco coach Aaron Barcot said. "But when you bury yourself down 15 points, that's a tough hole to dig yourself out of."
