GRANDVIEW -- A sex offender considered highly likely to reoffend is living in Grandview, authorities said.

Kenneth Christopher Martinez, 31, has told Yakima sheriff's deputies he is living in the 200 block of Ash Street in Grandview.

Martinez is 5-foot-6, 150 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He has tattoos on his upper right arm, upper left arm, left forearm and left hand.

He was convicted of first-degree child molestation and first-degree sexual abuse in 1996, third-degree rape in 2008 and failing to register as a sex offender in 2003.

Martinez is not wanted by police but is classified as a Level 3 sex offender and is required to tell authorities where he is living.
