James "Randy" R. Germain, 63, of Pasco, died Dec. 28 at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland.
He was born in Ritzville and lived in Pasco for seven years.
He was a retired Franklin County PUD employee.
Life Tributes Cremation Center, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
