Kennewick police arrested a man Sunday on suspicion of shooting a gun from the Kennewick Community Federal Credit Union on South Washington Street.

Officers responded at 8:44 p.m. to 1838 S. Washington St. after receiving multiple reports about a man firing gunshots from the credit union parking lot. After officers arrived, the suspect fled in a vehicle heading westbound on West 19th Avenue, then into the neighborhood near South Dayton Street and West 20th Avenue.

Police stated in a news release that they found Ismael Quiroga driving in the area with his headlights off.

There were no reports of damage or injuries, police said. Several shell casings were recovered from the credit union's parking lot.

Quiroga was booked into the Benton County jail on suspicion of committing a drive-by shooting.
