Annette "Annie" and Don Forsythe of Pasco celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary on Nov. 2 with a family dinner at the Olive Garden restaurant in Kennewick.
They were married on Nov. 2, 1951, at Central United Protestant Church in Richland. They have lived in the Mid-Columbia since April 1948. Don came from Colfax and Annie from Ponca City, Okla.
Annie worked as an executive assistant for Pacific Northwest National Laboratory in Richland for 21 years. She retired in September 1993.
Annie is active in a bible study fellowship.
Don worked for Farmer Bros. Company in coffee and institutional food sales and service for 20 years. He retired in September 1993.
They are members of West Side Church in Richland, Coastal Conservation Association and Golfland in Pasco.
They have three children, Richard Forsythe, Kennewick; William (Margaret) Forsythe, Kennewick; and Linda (Rick) Walker, West Richland.
They have eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
