RICHLAND — Anna Croskrey score nine of her 11 points in the first quarter as the Richland Bombers jumped out big and held off the Hanford Falcons 46-44 in a CBBN nonleaguer Wednesday night.

Britney Pringle led all scorers with 16 points for the visiting Bombers, who led 19-10 after the first quarter but saw the lead get chipped away.

"The whole second half we scrapped our way back," said Hanford coach Evan Woodward. "It was a tight battle wiht our crosstown rival that went down to the last possession.

"It was a crowd-pleaser; moreso for the green and gold than the purple and gold, but it was a good game."

Colette Gall led the Falcons with 15 points and eight rebounds. Lexi Rutherford added eight points and 13 boards.
