George John Polyak, 48, of Richland, died Dec. 18 at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland.
He was born in Cleveland, and lived in the Tri-Cities for 30 years.
He was a general contract worker in construction.
Einan's Funeral Home, Richland, is in charge of arrangements.
