The annual Desert Plateau Luminaria starts at 6 p.m. Dec. 17 in the west Pasco neighborhood off Argent Road.
Several homes will be spruced up with colored lights and driveways will be lined with candles. Caroling and a visit from Santa also are planned. Visitors can either drive slowly through the neighborhoods or park and take a leisurely walk.
