For those Seahawks fans who fondly recall the days of yore, Everett Herald sportswriter Scott Johnson has been producing a series that said fans likely are eating up.

Johnson has interviewed a slew of former Seahawks, including Wapato native Dan Doornink, Warren Moon, Dave Krieg, Matt Hasselbeck and Shaun Alexander, about the game of their life. The 22-part series is scheduled to wrap up Dec. 27 with Mack Strong. Even if you're not a Seahawk fan, this series provides plenty of fascinating insight into the psyche of a NFL player on and off the field.
