Marissa Caballero scored 24 points, but Grandview fell 53-51 to Ephrata in a CWAC road game Friday night.
Kelsey Yenney hit a 3-pointer with about 10 seconds left to put Ephrata up by two, and Julia Weaver stole the ball with two seconds left to preserve the win.
Grandview, which trailed 24-15 at halftime, roared back with a 36-point second half.
"Caballero got hot, and they made some 3s and really tightened the game up, and we just had to settle down and take control back over," Ephrata coach Aaron Ross said.
