Nelson Edward O'Brien, 83, of Richland, died Dec. 4 at Richland Rehabilitation Center.
He was born in Philadelphia and lived in Richland since 1981. He was a retired draftsman for United Engineers and Construction.
Einan's Funeral Home, Richland, is in charge of arrangements.
