There's no kamikazes lurking in the clouds, but the LCMs (Landing Craft Mechanical) are going back to work ferrying 700 tons of Army Engineers supplies and equipment down river. It's all part of a plan by the Department of Defense to decommission the Big Pasco depot as an Army Engineers' garrison.
