* 1984: Kristina Benham scored 18 points while teammate Jill Wendland added a school record 12 assists to lead the Columbia Basin College women's basketball team to an 82-30 win over Treasure Valley.
* 1978: Post Reggie Wilkson had 15 points and 13 rebounds to lead the Columbia Basin College men's basketball team to a 95-67 win over the Central Washington JV. First-year coach Dale James' Hawks improved to 3-0, a big step considering they finished 1-25 the previous season. CBC went on to finish 17-10, losing by a point to Walla Walla in the Northwest Community College Conference East playoffs.
