WEATHER: Freezing rain, snow, wind expected today

Roads could be slick this morning.

A 30 percent chance of rain, snow and freezing rain is forecasted from 4 to 10 a.m. in the Tri-Cities today, according to the National Weather Service

There also could be some wind later today, gusting as high as 28 mph.

Temperatures are expected to warm this week, turning precipitation to rain.

A 60 percent chance of rain is predicted after 10 p.m. tonight, with more rain possible through the Thanksgiving week and into the weekend in the Tri-Cities.
