Expect patches of freezing fog to make some roads slick in the Mid-Columbia until about 10 a.m. today, according to the National Weather Service.
However, the fog should burn off for a day that's mostly sunny in the Tri-Cities, a change from Saturday's snowy weather.
Snow fell throughout the Mid-Columbia on Saturday, with accumulations of less than one inch in most places.
Slick roads were blamed for multiple accidents throughout the region, but most caused no injuries.
Damp weather could return to make the morning commute slippery Monday.
The National Weather Service is predicting a 30 percent chance of a wintry mix of snow and freezing rain before 10 a.m. Monday.
A chance of rain is predicted in the Tri-Cities for much of the rest of the week as temperatures warm slightly.
