I believe that it is not only the state's responsibility, but the responsibility of parents, too. I'm still shaking my head on this question. Don't I pay for the governor, state representative, senators, etc., etc. to get to work? I pay heavily in my property taxes for school and state, they should pay too. Our governor should look in the mirror first when making cuts rather than at our school budget. Gov. Gregoire, are you serious?
