The 509Art organization will hold an open discussion for anyone interested in the arts from 7 to 9 p.m. Nov. 18 in the old JCPenney building at the corner of Benton Street and Kennewick Avenue in downtown Kennewick.
The public is invited to share ideas about connecting, communicating and celebrating the arts.
