* 2005 -- Richland starting keeper Lindsee Landon increased her scoreless streak to 630 minutes and Jamie Arthurs, the Bombers' shootout keeper, made two saves and scored a goal in the 4-3 shootout as Richland earned its third trip to the 4A semifinals in four years with a 1-0 victory over Gonzaga Prep at Bomber Field.

* 1967 -- Janet Hinshaw rolled a tourney-high 256 to spark Hi-Lo Drifters to a 2,801 and the A Division team championship at the 23rd Annual Richland Women's Bowling Association Tournament.

* 1964 -- Troy Beeler rolled a 247 and Al Smith a 244 as Payless Drug hit a high game and five-game series at 653-2,785 to increase its league lead to 16 points in the Tri-City Men's Major Classic at Pasco.
