* 2005 -- DeSales QB Jack Dickson rallied his troops with a 75-yard, nine-play drive to open the second half of an eventual 25-0 decimation of Liberty in the first round of the B-11 state playoffs at Lampson Stadium. Dickson finished the night 19-of-30 for 171 yards -- 136 in the second half.

* 2005 -- Kiona-Benton's Chelsea Linehan had 39 kills on the day and teammate Arrow Tallman rounded up 55 assists and 33 digs as the Bears swept a Round 1 matchup against Port Townsend 25-18, 25-10, 25-12 and rallied from a first-set loss in the quarterfinals to beat Ephrata 22-25, 25-23, 25-22, 25-23 and advance to the 2A state volleyball semifinals in Yakima.
