Robert J. Miller, a professor from Lewis & Clark Law College in Portland, will give a talk about Native American Heritage starting at 7 p.m. Nov. 17 in the theater at Columbia Basin College in Pasco.
He will give another talk about American Indians and the doctrine of discovery at 10 a.m. Nov. 18 at the Richland Public Library.
Both lectures are free.
