PALO ALTO, Calif. -- Willa Rose Wegner, 8-month-old daughter of Brandee and Robert Wegner of Connell, died Nov. 2 in Palo Alto, Calif.
She was born in Richland and lived in Connell for eight months.
Stevens Funeral Chapel, Othello, is in charge of arrangements.
