* Benton PUD Commission, 8:45 a.m., 2721 W. 10th Ave., Kennewick: consider at a special meeting establishing a 10-year cost-effective resource potential and a target for 2012-13, followed by a regular meeting with consideration of a resolution to amend electric rate schedules.
* Kennewick Irrigation District, 9 a.m., KID offices, 12 W. Kennewick Ave.: special meeting to consider a board request regarding purchase of supplies to line canals in 2012.
* Benton County Commission, 9 a.m., Courthouse, Dudley Avenue, Prosser: public hearing about the Kennewick Irrigation District's request regarding right of way vacation with intent to subdivide 315 acres for development near Nine Canyon sand Finley roads. The board also will discuss a judicial needs regarding drug court.
* Walla Walla County Commission, 9 a.m., commissioners chambers, 314 W. Main St.: public hearing to consider appeals of denials of storm water assessment exemptions.
* Port of Pasco Commission, 10:30 a.m., 1110 Osprey Pointe Blvd., suite 201: special meeting to discuss financing options for capital projects and review the performance of a public employee.
* Franklin PUD Commission, 1 p.m., 1411 W. Clark St., Pasco: public hearing on updated preliminary 2012 operating and capital budgets.
* Port of Kennewick Commission, 2 p.m., Port offices, 350 Clover Island Drive, suite 200: presentations from public records specialist Ramsey Ramerman, public hearing on the 2012 budget, and update about the Willows pattern language workshop. A closed-door session is scheduled to consider a real estate purchase and to deal with a personnel issue.
