A Pasco man who has been in jail since May 2010 is expected to admit to his involvement in the death of a pregnant West Richland mother.
Kurtis Robert Chapman is charged in Franklin County Superior Court with second-degree murder and first-degree manslaughter for the deaths of Shenay Greenough, 19, and her unborn daughter.
Prosecutor Shawn Sant confirmed Friday that Chapman is expected to plead guilty in court Monday, but Sant did not want to discuss the details of the plea agreement outside of the courtroom.
An appeal by the defense on a ruling by Judge Craig Matheson still was pending when the agreement was made, Sant said.
Defense attorney Matt Rutt could not be reached Friday.
