Prairie Belle Kitchen & Catering has opened in West Richland.

The restaurant is at 4900 Paradise Way, Suite 100, in the strip mall on the south side of Yoke's Fresh Markets.

Prairie Belle will take walk-in orders to go and offers a drive-through on the west end of the plaza.

Express breakfast drive-thru hours are from 6 to 9 a.m. and soup, salad and spuds are served from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m weekdays. Business lunches can be delivered.

The daily dinner special offering "hot and fresh family style to go" is offered from 5 to 7 p.m. weekdays. A Saturday breakfast special is offered from 7 a.m. to noon.
