Horace Marr Waddoups, 88, of Richland, died Oct. 30 in Richland.
He was born in Lewiston, Utah, and lived in the Tri-City area since 1966.
He was a retired agronomist in agriculture.
Mueller's Tri-Cities Funeral Home, Kennewick, is in charge of arrangements.
