WALLA WALLA -- Torri Crawford had 16 kills and Brogan Watson recorded 18 assists as host Walla Walla survived a third-set loss to spike Eisenhower 25-18, 25-16, 20-25, 26-24 in a CBBN 4A loser-out contest Thursday night.
"It was a dramatic ending tonight," Wa-Hi coach Audra Cummings said of the decisive fourth set. "We came back from 12 and managed to pull that game out -- I'm still getting the heart rate to slow down."
In the other 4A eliminator, Wenatchee beat visiting Moses Lake 25-18, 25-11, 26-24.
Walla Walla will take on Richland, and Wenatchee will face Chiawana at noon Saturday in the 4A district semifinals at Richland High School. The winners of those matchups will advance to a battle for the No. 1 regional seed, and the losers will meet in an elimination game. Both contests are set for 2 p.m.
The winner of the elimination game will take on the loser of the No. 1-decider at 4 p.m. in a contest for the second and third seeds at regionals.

Taylor Hall had 13 kills to lead the Greyhounds over the visiting Wildcats in the first round of CWAC district play.
Grandview will play East Valley in the semifinals Saturday at Selah High School.
Ephrata defeated Ellensburg 26-24, 25-13, 25-23 and will face Selah on Saturday.

Kim Gier went 16-for-17 at the service line and had four aces and seven kills, and the Panthers trumped the visiting Coyotes in an SCAC East contest.
The upshot? Both teams ended league play at 7-5, but the Coyotes had the number-draw advantage and finished third in league.
The Panthers will travel to Zillah and Burbank will visit Goldendale for district matchups at 7 p.m. Tuesday.
