PORTLAND -- William R. Keelin, 38, of Grandview, died Oct. 4 at the Veteran's Hospital in Portland.
He was born in Seattle and was a lifelong Grandview resident.
He was in the Army National Guard.
Smith Funeral Home, Sunnyside, is in charge of arrangements.
