The Umatilla Chemical Depot held a ceremony marking the last shipment of chemical weapons to the Umatilla Chemical Agent Disposal Facility. The Enhanced Onsite Container used to transport the last HD mustard ton containers was signed by employees and then transported to the incineration facility.
