BURBANK -- William C. Borden, 72, of Burbank, died Oct. 14 at Avalon Healthcare in Pasco.
He was born in Ontario, Ore., and lived in Burbank for 16 years.
He was a health physicist at Scientific Ecology Corporation.
Hillcrest/Bruce Lee Memorial Center, Pasco, is in charge of arrangements.
