WENATCHEE -- Nikki Eldridge recorded 26 blocks 26 kills and five aces as Hanford went 1-3 at the Wenatchee Invite volleyball tournament Saturday.
The Falcons beat Kentlake 25-10, 26-24, 25-16 to begin pool play, and then lost to Cascade 25-17, 25-21.
In the championship bracket, Hanford lost 25-17, 25-15 to Chelan and 25-15 to Eastmont in a one-set finale.

Kiona-Benton split its day at the Zillah Invite, opening with victories against Granger (25-23, 25-22) and Toppenish (15-25, 25-21, 15-13) and closing with defeats to Zillah (25-12, 25-15) and Naches (25-27, 25-17) as the Bears finished fifth out of a field of 14.
