Former Tri-City Americans Aaron Boogaard pleaded guilty Thursday to interfering with the scene of his brother Derek's death.
There is probation, along with a long list of don'ts for Aaron, but the sentence allows him to stay in the Unites States, where he currently is with the Minnesota Wild's farm team, the Houston Aeros.
