A sex offender considered highly likely to reoffend is living in Pasco, authorities said.

Leeshawn Anthony Butcher, 31, has told police he doesn't have a permanent address but is living in Pasco.

Butcher is 5-foot-6, 180 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

He was convicted in 1998, 2000 and 2002 of communication with a minor for immoral purposes. All three convictions were in Benton County.

He also has two convictions for failing to register as a sex offender in 2006 and 2010.

Butcher is not wanted by police, but is required to tell them where he is living.
