Around 40,000 ducks spilled into the Columbia River on Saturday for the 23rd annual Mid Columbia Duck Race. Bounce houses, food booths, charity booths and pumpkin decorating were enjoyed by the attendees. The overall winner of the Toyota Camry was Kirby Amacker of Richland. RICHARD DICKIN/HERALD
