* 1969 -- Bill Donckers and Frank Miller combine on a 90-yard touchdown pass to lead the Columbia Basin College football team to a 21-14 road win over the Wenatchee Black Knights at the Apple Bowl. The Hawks, ranked 17th in the nation, also got a big play on defense when Dory Clausnitzer returned a fumble 46 yards for a score in the final minutes.
