Mary E. Thornton, 89, of Basin City, died Sept. 25 at Hospice at the Chaplaincy in Kennewick.
She was born in Texas and lived in Basin City for 51 years.
She was a retired farmer for Thornton Farms and a homemaker.
Columbia Memorial Funeral Chapel, Pasco, is in charge of arrangements.
